Wrap around side sections on the table top pop up was quite hard to set in place (needed to use extra tape), but otherwise the experience was fantastic! Really enjoyed working with Mruduta - super helpful!!



Include brief description in addition to the job order number on the invoices /statements. Melanie is a pleasure to work with; she is very responsive and delivers great customer service.

The quality was excellent and the turnaround time exceeded our expections. We were very pleased. Lydia was extremely helpful. Our only negative comment is that we had promised to submit our artwork by a specific date and Melanie thought it was a day earlier. Since we had physically visited your offices and went through everything carefully, I thought her email was a little terse. But we would gladly recommend Banner Express for its good work.

The ordering process is a bit confusing - you should have active FTP from the WEB site to upload/download clients art work instead of going through e-mail all the time. When there is multiple projects it gets very hard to sort what goes where

The service is wonderful, product amazing. I was confused on the website why my credit card was being asked for before I had the chance to upload my artwork - I thought the order was trying to process without the artwork. Thanks so much!



It was a simple process to get banners made. The product was high quality and speedy response time. If you have the ideas, they make it happen!


As a new customer I managed to leave out the file, you were good to let me know. The banner I ordered does not hang flat due to some pulling around the grommets, not bad but that could be improved.

Quality and Service are a given but price is always a piece of the equation, and my partner sourced a vinyl banner last year at a significant saving (almost half).

Make the online order form accept larger sizes. You are very nice to deal with!

I would simplify the response e-mails requesting review only. The process for approval is way to complicated. The e-mail should have ssh links which take you directly to the approval page. Having to login all the time and then be presented with a list of orders is way to confusing


I am very happy with the level of service & quality!




For those of us with only very basic knowledge of printing processes, paper etc, the ordering form is difficult.

I originally uploaded the incorrect file and it was a chore to try to find where I could upload the correct one (through "my orders"). I did find it eventually and the folks in CA were good about calling me and asking which file to print before it went into the process.

True B&W printing Better quality of canvas. It gets stretched immediately if you apply even minimum pressure e.g. finger Better workflow for non-professional customers on your site

So far, so good. I like how there is a change to the process of my order that Wendy is able to call me. I like getting the updates.


There are two problems I had: - no true B&W printing capability - one of the photos (out of 6) came really bad. Lots of real estate was wasted on gallery wrap. As a result the photo totally lost its appeal. I expected that you guys can predict things like that and let me know before you start printing. After all this is you who are printing professionals.


You do excellent work. I can also always get a very helpful person to talk to on the phone, answer emails, or see me when I arrive.



This was the first time I used your site. I thought I would be given a template to work with and then upload my graphics. I did not find out until after I had to pay that I had to have artwork ready. Perhaps making sure your customers know that artwork needs to be prepared in advance and uploaded as a PDF would be helpful.

The website was difficult to understand in figuring out what features to order and how to chose those features. It seemed when i selected something, one of the other features would disappear. i had to call to be sure i was getting what i wanted. I am a very experienced internet user so this was unusual for me. Love the finished product although the easel backing seems pretty cheap. I was expecting a bit more from that. Overall it was fine but not stellar experience. Thanks.
