Banner Express is looking for a self-motivated individual with outgoing personality to scale the business in rapidly growing large format printing market segment.

Job Description:

·      Ability to multi-task on various activities on a regular basis

·      Problem solving mentality with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines

·      Excellent communication and customer service skills

·      Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals

·      Skilled in prospect qualification and shortening of sales cycle

·      Signs and/or large format printing experience is a plus

·      Proficient in software applications such as Microsoft Office

·      Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Responsibilities:

·      Maintain urgency with a high level of energy and optimism

·      Non-stop promotion of business to generate sales

·      Timely follow-up on sales inquiries, leads, quotes and pricing requests

·      Promote the business brand through social media and other channels

·      Provide customers with excellent quality and service that meet company standards

·      Conceive and implement marketing initiatives to grow the business

·      Nurture, motivate and grow a sales team

·      Perform other duties as required

Graphic Production / Operator  - Full-time or Part-time

Job Description:

·      Perform all aspects of Large format Printing - vinyl cutting/weeding, banner and other large format print production and finishing, laminating, substrate mounting, trimming, attaching grommets, etc.

·      Maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship. 

·      Answer incoming phone calls from clients and prospects.

·      Help walk-in customers' with their questions and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.

·      Help customers that come to pick up their orders.

·      Prepare order that need to be shipped - includes creating shipping label, packing the products and making sure they are picked up at the scheduled time. 

Job requirements:

·      Experience in sign design, print production and finishing is required.

·      Overall understanding of the digital printing process and sign making materials/substrates is required.

·      Candidate must have firm knowledge of basic computer tasks

·      Experience in operating vinyl cutters/plotters, large format printers, and laminators are Plus.

·      Mask, weed and apply vinyl to various substrates, windows and vehicles.

·      Able to load media, inks and generate quality prints from large format digital printer.

·      Able to install printed graphics on various hardware.

·      Able to laminate, trim and mount prints to various substrates.

·      Knowledge of Pantone and Spot colors and creating custom profiles a plus.

Skills and Attributes:

·      Demonstrate a professional image at the work place.

·      Good, above average language skills (spelling/grammar; written/verbal communication) Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are critical.

·      Ability to interface with customers on phone and in person is a must.

·      Be able to assist in operating and managing the showroom when needed.

·      Be flexible in their schedule according to needs of the company.

·      Have good time management skills.
